What we collect
Your email and display name (for your account), and the things your group creates on purpose: gatherings, RSVPs, game results, decks, binder cards, offers, photos, quotes, and messages. That's it. No ad trackers, no analytics brokers, no selling anything to anyone.
Who can see it
Your group. Everything you make is scoped to the group it was made in and enforced at the database layer, not just the interface. Photos live in private storage; links to them expire. Nobody outside your group — including other thopter.ai groups — can see your table.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres, US region). Payments for the one-time group fee are processed by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers. Card names and imagery are looked up from Scryfall; we store card identifiers, not their database.
Email notifications are opt-in, per event, and sent through Resend. Turn them off any time in Settings and the app carries on in-app only.
Your data, your call
Want an export or a full deletion? Email the innkeeper and it will be handled. When a group goes read-only over an unpaid fee, nothing is deleted.
