Write to the innkeeper

Every question, bug, and request goes to one place: innkeeper@thopter.ai. Include your group’s name and what you were doing when it went sideways, and expect a reply within a couple of days.

Signing in

thopter.ai uses Google or an email and password — no magic links, no codes to hunt for in your inbox. Forgot the password? Use the reset link on the sign-in screen and the innkeeper will send a fresh one. If a confirmation email never lands, check the spam folder first, then write in and it will be sorted by hand.

Joining a group

Groups are private and invite-only. An owner or co-admin sends you a join link; open it while signed in and you are seated. Links belong to the group that made them — if yours has gone stale, ask whoever runs your table for a new one rather than signing up twice.

The one fee

Starting a group costs $20, once, after a free first month. Nothing else in the app ever asks for money. Trades are handshakes: the binder records what you and a friend agreed to, and never holds cards, cash, or escrow. If a group's fee lapses, the group goes read-only — every gathering, pod, photo and message stays exactly where it was.

Notifications

Email is opt-in, per event, in Settings. Turn any of it off and the app carries on in-app only. Nothing is sent to your group on your behalf without you asking for it.

On iPhone and iPad

The app is the same thopter.ai your browser sees, with the table companion built for a phone propped against a deck box: big life columns, a screen that will not sleep mid-game, and a soft tap on every change. If something reads wrong on your device, send a screenshot — the size and model help more than a description.

Your data

Want an export, a correction, or the whole account gone? Write to the innkeeper and it will be handled, not ticketed. Photos live in private storage and their links expire; nothing your group makes is visible outside it.
